hate to say it...but any self respecting Nevadan that ever has been or will be a UNLV basketball fan cheers at the sight of Duke going down! sorry for the upset.
I can only comment because I have little to no interest in Men's Basketball anymore. I am sorry that your team lost, but a whole lot of my friends are very pleased. I think it's 'cuz I'm way over here on the West Side of the country.
Again, sorry. Hope it goes better next time around
I hate to rub it in . . . but not really. If I knew how to type the noise that Nelson makes on the Simpsons, I totally would.
If it makes you feel any better, I have NEVER seen Duke play so badly, and I've been watching Duke basketball for as long as I've hated them, which means as long as I've loved Carolina. In other words, my entire life. Know the enemy and all that. It's like they sent in drones or something.
So very sorry for your loss...take a couple of private moments and get back to us soon....
ReplyDeleteWow. That's enough to make you forget the rest of your troubles! :) Eat chocolate. Feel better. :)

ReplyDeleteMy deepest sympathies. Can I send you chocolate?
ReplyDeleteI feel your pain because I am mourning too.

Let's just say that last night's games put my brackets on life-support. It wasn't pretty.

Hmmm. You are MEAN.
ReplyDeleteI feel your pain...I am still stinging from the time 'Nova beat Georgetown in the 1985 finals. I know I should let go of it, but I can't.
ReplyDeleteIt could be worse. You could be an Arizona fan like me. I feel your pain by a 40-point margin.
ReplyDeleteyeah. big duke fans here, too. this loss rendered my brackets useless for the remainder or march madness. ugh.
ReplyDeleteFor all of us Duke fans this was a sad, sad day indeed. I really hope UNC doesn't win it. I can't take another year of my cousins rubbing it in.
